Work via video-conference with chef Georges on recipes using chicken, duck, turkey or other poultry.

You’ll receive coaching and tips & tricks for a gateway recipe that will launch a multitude of possibilities for meals and menus.

Ingredient & equipment lists will be provided in advance.
