Per Class Price: $ 75 plus tax


C’est Bon Cooking’s Teen Chef classes go much further by engaging youth aged 12 to 17 in an exploration of kitchen fundamentals. Participants will work closely with our chefs to learn a variety of essential cooking techniques. The results: giving them the cooking skills and confidence they will need for life.


Classes offered:
January 16 – Cucumber Salad, Vegetables Spring Rolls   *vegan and gluten free

January 30 – Salmon Burger on Homemade Brioche

February 6 – Vegetarian Chili   *vegan and gluten free

February 27 – Lamb and Ratatouille Crumble

March 6 – French Onion Soup and Gruyere Crisps

March 27 – Stuffed Vines Leaves with Baba Ghanouj  *vegan and gluten free

April 3 – Chickpea Curry with Tamarind *vegan and gluten free

April 24 – Chicken Schnitzel with Spaetzle
