C’est Bon’s Teen Chef Camps engage youth aged 11 to 14 in an extensive, week-long exploration of the kitchen fundamentals of French Cuisine. Over five fun and food filled days, participants work closely with our chef to learn a variety of essential cooking and/or baking techniques.
CUISINE CAMP – mornings 9:00 to 12:00, daily
$ 395, per child, plus tax
PASTRY CAMP – afternoons 12:30 to 15:30, daily
$ 395, per child, plus tax
FOR FULL DAY CAMP: Receive a 10% savings on the Pastry Camp when combined with the Cuisine Camp.
**No pre- or post-camp care offered
Your child’s camp will include:
– Daily instruction by our chef
– All ingredients and equipment needed
– Apron to wear during classes – also available to purchase
– Lunch during Cuisine Camp, snack during Pastry Camp
– Post-camp booklet of all completed recipes

CUISINE CAMP –
March 10 – Sushi- Maki California Rolls and Salmon Maki (vegetarian and fish recipes – also includes soy, salmon and seaweed)
March 11 – Taco Tuesday – Chicken and Vegetarian Tacos – Homemade Shells, Salsa and Condiments
March 12 – Eggplant Parmesan, Pomodoro Sauce and Vegetable Risotto (vegetarian dish)
March 13 – Homemade Fettuccini Alfredo, Ceasar Salad
March 14 – Prosciutto-Wrapped Poached Eggs with Green Asparagus and Hollandaise Sauce Benedict*
*Vegetarian option available.
PASTRY CAMP –
March 10 – White Chocolate Mousse Cake with Feuillentine
March 11– Candied Orange Cannoli and Cuccidati (fig cookies)
March 12 – Almond and Pear Jalousie – **contains almond
March 13 – Cherry Clafoutis
March 14 – Pâte de Fruit, Chocolate Truffles and Bonbons
Camp menus are peanut free.
