TEEN CHEF – Spring Break Camp

Full-Day, Hands-On Cooking Camp

March 13 to 17, 2023 – 9am to 3pm
$ 675 per child, plus tax
Ages 10 to 14 

C’est Bon’s Teen Chef Camps engage youth aged 10 to 14 in an extensive, week-long exploration of the kitchen fundamentals of French Cuisine. Over five fun and food filled days, participants work closely with our chef to learn a variety of essential cooking and/or baking techniques. MENU:

Monday – Minestrone + Tomato Bread Sticks / Monkey Bread
Tuesday – Tacos* with Homemade Tortillas / Brookies
Wednesday – Chicken Fingers* + Honey Mustard Sauce / Apple Strudel
Thursday – Spelt Apple and Cheddar Salad / Swiss Rolls
Friday – Pizza Dough + Sauce / Sweet Sesame Loaf

*Vegetarian option available. We are unable to accommodate gluten-free or dairy-free diets for this camp.

Your child’s camp will include:

Daily instruction by our chef
All the ingredients and equipment needed
Snacks, and lunch (prepared by child)

*Note that physical barriers have been installed in our kitchen to protect participants. There will be no sharing of tools or ingredients. Hand-washing and sanitation protocols are in effect.
