Join C’est Bon’s chef Georges and Mike George, founder of Aurelius Fine Oils & Vinegars for a night of recipe enjoyment and in-depth education on how to select, and use fine quality olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
MENU: The basics of fine olive oils and balsamics for any course, featuring Aurelius products.
A 3-course meal: Salad featuring Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil + Balsamico Modena, 3 Year, Focaccia featuring Fig Balsamic Vinegar and Rosemary Infused Olive Oil, and Fresh Raspberries featuring Basil Infused Olive Oil and 25 Star White Balsamic Vinegar
Each participant will have a work station to assemble each course they will be eating. This class includes a few hands-on cooking techniques but will focus mainly on understanding and appreciating fine olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
