Private Cooking Classes In Our Kitchens

Cook in the comfort and warmth of our 2-kitchen facility on Dalhousie Street, in the quieter part of Ottawa’s ByWard Market.

Each kitchen can accommodate up to 14 people, each with an individualized work station. Larger groups of up to 24 people can also be accommodated – we’ll open up the divider!

You’ll choose between a 2- or 3-course menu, carefully chosen by our chef in consulation with you and suited to accommodate your group’s dietary restrictions.

3-COURSE COOKING CLASS

Included in your experience:

• A preset 3-course meal: Appetizer, main course, dessert
• Mise-en-place of all equipment and ingredients, including apron to wear during the class
• A hands-on experience – techniques and tricks of the trade from professional chefs
• A personalized recipe booklet of the meal completed by participants
• Corking fee – i.e. Special Occasion Liquor Permit to allow participants to bring wine
• Access to our specialty boutique before and after the event

MENU OPTION:
Our chef will be delighted to recommend a 3-course menu for you according to your group’s dietary restrictions. Your group will prepare the appetizer and the main course. The dessert will be prepared in advance by our team.


RATES:
7 or less people – $1,320 for the group
8+ people – $165 per person
15% gratuity added for groups of 8+
Taxes (13%) extra


OTHER CONDITIONS:
*For continuity, all participants will cook the same dish.
* Evening classes typically take place between 5:30pm and 8:30pm. Daytime classes can start as early as 9:30am.
* You will be eating your meal towards the end of the class, at the tables where you prepared your meal.

2-COURSE COOKING CLASS
