September 14, 10:00 to 13:00 – Opera Cake: a classic French cake with layers of almond sponge soaked with coffee, coffee buttercream, and dark chocolate ganache  **Also dairy free


September 18, 17:30 to 20:30 – Chai spice apple pie and pumpkin tarts with pumpkin seed praline


October 19, 10:00 to 13:00 – Cake Decorating: Chocolate genoise. Vintage-style cake using dairy-free Swiss meringue buttercream. Piping techniques using a variety of piping tips, including borders, rosettes, and leaves.
