June 3 – Spinach Pasta stuffed with Pancetta, Mushroom and Ricotta with a Basil, White Wine Cream Sauce – Sweet Potato, Bacon and Goat Cheese Tortellini in Brown Butter, Crispy Sage



June 17 – Fettuccini Carbonara and Spaghetti alle Vongole   **Menu contains, gluten, dairy, seafood and alcohol. No substitions possible.



July 16 – Cremini Mushroom Raviolis with a Truffle Cream Sauce and Shiitake, Oyster and Button Mushroom Tortellini, Basil Olive Oil Sauce



August 11 –  Spinach and Beet Cannelloni with Salmon, Dill and Lemon Sauce – Squid Ink Farfalle White Wine Cream Sauce
