July 9 Netherlands:  Asparagus Wrapped in Ham with Hollandaise Sauce – Dutch Beef Stew (hachee) with Hutspot and Sauteed Red Cabbage – Vanilla Vla (pudding) with coulis

August 6 
Netherlands: Mustard soup with bacon lardons and croutons – Slavinken with potatoes, veal jus, and glazed vegetables – Soesjes  ** contains pork, dairy, gluten, alcohol and nuts
