COOKING CLASSES: For INDIVIDUALS registered for a class, cancellations THE DAY OF your experience will result in the loss of your registration – i.e. no refund or exchange possible. We would recommend finding someone to take your place, if possible. With more than 24 hours notice, your registration can be carried over to the next available class, or credited for future use. Refunds are possible with more than 24 hours notice.
FOR GROUPS AND PRIVATE EVENTS: Cancellation of the overall activity more than 14 days prior to the class will warrant a full reimbursement of the deposit. Cancellation of the activity between 2 and 14 days prior to the activity will result in a loss of the deposit. Cancellation of the activity less than 2 days from the activity date will result in a charge of 100% of the estimated total charge based on the final participant count given 48 hours prior.
COOKING CAMPS: Refunds are only possible if cancellations are more than 3 weeks in advance. Your registration can be carried over to the next available camp, or credited for future use. Alternatively, we would recommend you to find someone to take your place.
